Shipping Policy

All Orders are shipped from Massachusetts to anywhere in the USA (including Military (APO/FPO). 

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday before 11:00 a.m. EST are generally processed and shipped in two business days. However, we do incur delays from time-to-time. During holidays order processing will take longer. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the shipment date for receipt of your order via FedEx or UPS Ground and 5-7 business days for orders shipped via USPS. 

All orders sent to APO/FPO, and to Alaska & Hawaii are sent via USPS Standard shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Shipping methods and shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that we are currently unable to accept international orders. 

Hoof Bond is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions, lost or stolen packages.
